I have heard the Synthetic Opal beads referred to as Angel Wings, which I like! As the light hits them at different angels, they catch the light glowing an iridescent color. So, I have for you today, a handmade bracelet made of Synthetic Opal 6 mm Glass Beads and Pink Reconstituted 15 mm Stone Stars. I have heard the Synthetic Opal beads referred to as "Angel Wings", which I like! As the light hits them at different angels, they catch the light glowing an iridescent color flash. They also have a matte clear look so that the iridescent color isn't too much and overwhelming. The bracelet is made with a flexible wire with a lobster claw closure. I choose to use split rings on my jewelry because I have found them to be stronger than the traditional jump ring which can pull apart...and then you've lost your bracelet...THAT is a sad day! (It has happened to me!!) 。My bracelets are made with nickel free metals and I have never had them turn my skin green or any other color for that matter LOL! I wear mine all of the time including to bed and in the shower with no problems. The metal will tarnish a bit over time but I personally LOVE that aged antiqued look! These are not sterling silver, stainless steel, or silver/gold plated which will also tarnish over time anyways. I have bracelets that are almost 10 years old. They have not broken, crimped or turned my skin in those 10 years.。I have smaller wrists and many of the market bracelets are WAY TOO BIG for me. So, I started making my own.
